At Slay Beauty, we are committed to delivering your beauty essentials as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays. We currently ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Slay Beauty. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following details to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used cosmetics (e.g., Blush, Bronzer, Concealer, Eye Makeup, Eye Shadow, Eyebrow Makeup, Eyeliner, Highlighter).
- Personal care items (e.g., Brush Cleanser, Eyelash Enhancement & Primer).
- False Eyelashes and Eyelash Curlers.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the new item you would like in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by Slay Beauty.
